Here's my top 5.

1. Main Street Tavern - Montevallo Alabama. (Either the classic or the smashed as both are outstanding).
2. Saw's - Avondale Alabama
3. Our Place - Ozark Alabama
4. Vicki's Lunch Van - Montgomery Alabama
5. The Essential - Birmingham Alabama

All of these are a cut above IMO. Let's see your list.

We all enjoy and know what we like but if you had a good burger at Our Place in Ozark you must have caught them on their BEST day, or more than a couple of years ago. Service and food have tanked! Has not been very good for a while.


Definitely been a few years since I've been in there. If that's the case I hate to hear that.
