If I understand correctly; speeding in excess of 20mph over the limit can be considered reckless driving? If so; maybe 50% of the drivers in the Alabaster -Calera work zone might be in that category? These can't be Reckless Driving though because that is a Criminal offense and these are Civil.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.
