I guess it really will become faster to take 31 all the way from B-Ham to Montgomery now.

So pay it or not, if you get one?
Hwy82 sucks and is a constant work zone.
Is this during work hours or 1:00Am?

Initial pilot program is on a single interstate work zone. Don’t know if they have decided which one yet.

Sure it will 65 just south of Bham, that would be my guess. Wish they would do something about the left lane campers.

I can see them throwing these things up for grass cutting crews so that they move everyday and will literally ticket every single car that drives by.

They could write 10000 tickets a day in the 565 work zones. Of course during rush hour it's more like 15 mph.

I have no problems with it. Too many people are run over in work zones because of speeding.

Driving is a privilege and not a right

There are signs up all the time without work going on. Its another money grab.

First it’ll be construction zones. Then it’ll be all roads with speeding cameras.

Republicans aren't a good option anymore. They are as big government as dems a few years ago.

Yeah but the fines ramp up when the signs say

When workers are present

I guess it’s ok to break laws as we please

I’m not for a bunch of laws but some are somewhat common sense.
How about they close the road while they work on it. Is that better?

All the traffic laws are nothing more than a money laundering scheme for the government. Crime is rampant, and these fat lazy government employees have nothing better to do than write speeding tickets. At the same time if you get on amajor highway you take your life in your own hands. I witnessed many times a cop car drive behind someone in the left lane, watch several near accidents, and then just go around them. Useless, profession. Now their too lazy to even write tickets, they have to have cameras assit with that! What a joke our government has become! For every camera installed, two fat cops should be fired!

Going thru that mess from calera south this past weekend. How the hell they gonna choose who to ticket? Every one of us were over 45 thru there. I was just going with the flow. Was afraid to slow any for fear of getting rear ended!

if they put it along 65 calera to alabaster they can drop the state income, grocery and property taxes and just run the state off the revenue generated. The computer system for issuing the tickets is gonna need to be ran by one of the local dams
