I got members bitching currently. Our roads washed out and we were able to get 18 tri axle loads of dirt, gravel for the entrance way, and our main road graded and cleaned up to our second parking area all for FREE. I told the worker he was welcome to a turkey hunt thinking that our members would understand ( i run this club ), Im talking thousands and thousands of $ of work for FREE. One of them caught the guy on camera hunting and is fucking furious. Like come on now, we just got probably 5-7K worth of work done zero out of pocket cost. keep in mind when all the work needs to be done im the one doing it. Tell him see ya. Make him boil over with furious. He’ll figure it out. Problem with that is we are all really good friends and have known eachother for a very long time. Its not worth ruining a friendship over. The drama has settled now, but damn it sure did piss me off when it started lol I understand in the end it’s just a turkey. Hard to just say that but sometimes it is best.
