Not shocking that an Insurance company is acting in poorly.

Auto. Got ran over on I-65, totaled out my ride. Other driver has Allstate.
Poorly? Understatement of the century.
Tell them you intend to file a complaint with the State Insurance Commission if your claim isn't resolved to your satisfaction in the next 5 business days. I've handled 3 of my own claims and gotten everything I wanted each time. Feel free to PM me if you want to know everything I did to get a fair settlement.
