If you aren’t happy with what they are doing, call your insurance company and see if you can file a claim on your own insurance. Let them work it out with Allstate. Only problem is you might find out your own insurance will screw you too. I have Alfa, and they have been good. This isn't their issue, its Allstate that I expect to pay. Not my insurance company.
