My termite guy says to get an annual treatment plan with no repair bond. He says that there are so many things that allow the company out of the bond, if there is damage. I have an annual plan where they inspect bait stations and apply treatments as necessary. Damage will be on me. What does something like that cost. It was around 1k for the install of the Centricon system and I pay 300/year for them to inspect/replace bait sticks, as needed. My 1 acre lot is heavily wooded and they usually replace 1-4 bait sticks a year.
