I will be 45 this August and I think I'm experiencing my first hemaroid pain. Just layed down and it feels like someone kicked me right in the rear end with a dang high heel cowboy boot.
Been out of work all week from it.
Saw doctor today and he thinks it's hemorrhoids, hopefully I'm not dying.
I guess years of sitting in a bulldozer beating myself tail up has come to pay the piper
If it doesn't get any better I guess I will get to experience my first suppository tomorrow from CVS
Getting old came quicker than I thought
Not much sleep tonight, don't know how I'm gonna go back to work like this. Humble pie at my house this week boys 😂

Sorry Brother, they are the literal pain in the rear. If you do the suppository of Prep H, don't wear Khakis or everyone will know your leaking. You might want to borrow one of your wife's panty liners to keep the grease from seeping through, especially where you're going to be sitting.

Stitched me up and gave me some panty liners for my underwear. Told me the sticky side goes down. Said some goob put the sticky side to his arse and pulled out the stitches. Yikes

Soak in some hot water, lots of water, eat plenty of fiber to keep your stool soft. Get one of those doughnut cushions to sit on while you're in the dozer of anytime for that matter. Ask your dr for some of those suppositories that are prescription strength, they are shaped like a golf ball tee but larger around.
I know too much info but since you brought it up and to inform Skinny, so he knows, lol! years ago, I had an anal fisher (hairline crack). Dr. treated it just like hemorrhoids.
