I sent a small box to Eufala today. UPS. They charged me $23 which is more than we charged for shipping. Usually that box would be about $12 to ship. Have no clue why either. They are on a 4 lane highway just outside of town. USPS was even more but we don’t dare ship with them. If we did, all our customers would be harassing us every day wondering why their package is bouncing from place to place. It would absolutely drive me insane having to answer all these people because of the incompetence of the postal service. Most customers of mine are assholes especially Yankees in New England.
