Anybody else seeing packages arriving to destination regional center, then going around the country and back to origin to try again? Apparently they just started a new super duper logistics system. We have two packages caught up in this right now. New system is nice!

The USPS SUX!
I have a package that was sent from N ATL, it’s been all over the SE. UPS is a little better at twice the price!

Yep , had stuff go in the opposite direction several times . Had a small package go all over the midwestern and Eastern US from South East MO. Took it 10 days to get to me.

And people wonder why they lose money and lose packages and letters. The more service centers it touches, the better the chance for it to be stolen.

I ordered some small outboard motor parts, weighing less than a pound, from Boats.net on April 2nd. On the 3rd they were in Atlanta so I figured it would only be three to five days. Wrong, they went to Jacksonville and I am in Mobile and still have not received them. Tracking says it has gone to another distribution center.

I sent a small box to Eufala today. UPS. They charged me $23 which is more than we charged for shipping. Usually that box would be about $12 to ship. Have no clue why either. They are on a 4 lane highway just outside of town. USPS was even more but we don’t dare ship with them. If we did, all our customers would be harassing us every day wondering why their package is bouncing from place to place. It would absolutely drive me insane having to answer all these people because of the incompetence of the postal service. Most customers of mine are assholes especially Yankees in New England.
