My termite guy says to get an annual treatment plan with no repair bond. He says that there are so many things that allow the company out of the bond, if there is damage. I have an annual plan where they inspect bait stations and apply treatments as necessary. Damage will be on me. So you want to put out an attractant to kill termites? Thats really what the centricon system is, i think. They ring the dwelling with bait stations that attract any bugs and then it has something thats supposed to kill them. I get/understand termite bonds, and would def have some kind of coverage if my house was on slab/crawl space. But being elevated 10'...on treated timbers...how or where would the bugs get there?
The harder I practice, the luckier I get.
