My termite guy says to get an annual treatment plan with no repair bond. He says that there are so many things that allow the company out of the bond, if there is damage. I have an annual plan where they inspect bait stations and apply treatments as necessary. Damage will be on me. What does something like that cost.
Two roads diverged in the woods and I took the one with deep ruts, hills and mud.It may be bumpy but WHAT A RIDE!
