They did some scans today and confirmed that it has not spread anywhere else. However the surgeon has decided she needs better margins around it before taking it out so they want to do chemo on it first before surgery. We have to go back up to meet with the oncologist again at noon tomorrow so not sure what the schedule for everything is until we do that.

Coosa1 when you posted the pic of Shep in the car seat, I showed my wife and daughter and told them as soon as my grandson is his age I’m copying you and Shep! I shared your prayer request for him with them as well. My wife is on staff at our church so of course now you got the whole church lifting Shep up! And I know that’s probably not a drop in the bucket compared to how many are already praying, but just know that he is absolutely being prayed for down here in Mobile!

Just got done at the oncologist. Putting a port in Friday morning and starting chemo. 8 total treatments, 4 before surgery and 4 after
