You’re talking to a site selector, who does the leg work and gives the tower company 3 or more options. Deal points matter (money, for example), but they also have site location criteria that matter more because the monthly cost is usually the lowest expense. How you handle renewal terms is important because percentage increases over time can be compounding to the cost. In my case my site was competing against an already-built tower where they would be andding additional antennas. It’s hard to compete against that because of site development costs.
