I don’t have the option to relax with two young kids lol every time I even think about sitting down on the couch, my son finds a way to Come close to jumping on my balls lol

Since retiring I hunt, fish, and travel so much when I’m home I’m wide open doing upkeep around the house and farm. I’ll get up and drink coffee, look at aldeer, catch up on the news. Then I’m from one project to another until dark, that’s when my brain finally says okay enough for today.
Dad never sit still either.

Since losing several pounds and reaping other benefits of Carnvore, I suddenly have more energy. Today I mowed an acre, disassembled a 3 point spreader to replace the shutter plates, adjusted the Pat's quick hitch hooks on my tractor lift arms, put homemade Kroil on implement bolts that I want to unscrew in a few days and a few other things that I forget now. Tomorrow it's brakes and struts on all 4 corners of the Corolla and Saturday it will be rear brakes on the Tundra. Next week I won't be able to move. Home made Kroil ? Diesel/ATF ?
"Cull" is just another four letter word...

Since we've basically moved to the coast at this point, I'm getting much better at chillin' out.
But then again, I'm not eating like a T-Rex. I'm just eating a normal balance of healthy Proteins, Fats, Carbs, Veggies and Fruits.
We are either hitting the weights or the cardio so hard every morning, we usually end up taking a nap most days just to recover from the exercise.
Boho is down 20 pounds. I'm still at 205 pounds, but I'm leaning out so much, I'm starting to see the beginnings of a six pack showing through which is a goal for me this summer. Boho wants to get down to a size 6 or 8.
