In all seriousness that’s a beautiful house, but what caught my eye was the Sea Born boat. I THINK that’s what it is. I’m gettin the itch to at least start looking at one of these. A 24 would be nice but the 26’ with twins would be nicer. Of course that’s no where in my price range but one can dream. I need one like I need a hole in the head but it’s on the wish list.

Unfortunately, doesn't sound like a bad price When you consider that an average 2200(ish)sqft 4/3 in our subdivision in Northport goes for $500ish (I didn't pay anywhere close to that in 2021, fwiw), it really isn't....also considering that there is at least some revenue potential from rentals and whatnot.

It’s a couple doors down and already sold. It was an amazing price for that house. I would not sell mine for that.

I hope the new ownership helps the marina. It was so poorly run before. Always out of everything. No 2 cycle oil, no live bait, may or may not be open, etc.

My wife actually showed me yesterday. I said. Who’s gonna pay for it.
I told her only way was she could use her Amazon money and probably have money left over if she quit
