I took the day off and killed a turkey. Got a ham and a but smoking from a hog I killed. I am happier than a dead pig in the sunshine. I guess some of us get tired of all the crap on here now. Life ain't that bad as soon as I get my nerve up I got to go buy a bunch of diesel. It is high but I hope they bomb Iran back to the stone ages. A lot of you don't know God told Israel to kill everyone of certain tribes that had attacked them. Some of them were not as bad as Iran so I say light them up. Spend a little more time in that Bible you thump and you might learn that we’re all children of God. The Bible definitely doesn’t say that. 🙄🙄🙄 Bullseye I have always respected your opinion. But I am confused by this reply My bad. The Bible doesn’t say that we are all the children of God. Thats some Southern Sunday School BS. Matter of fact, Jesus told some folks their father was Satan!!!!!

Especially the Amelites Also share what Jesus told His followers about their enemies. I’m inclined to think, since we are Christ’s disciples and not Isreal, it might be more applicable.

Well I think you missed my point and I hope you have a good weekend also. I was making a point about what God said about a people that had oppressed Israel. I am sure you no the Bible says God changeth not. Why do you think he would view Iran any differently? God doesnt change you are right. But if you read that and think that he wants to people to kill evil people… you missed the second half of the bible brother. Evil is evil. There are no levels. There is no “they are more evil than who the Israelites were commanded to kill so let’s kill em.” There is Evil… and there is the blood of Christ. That’s it. No in between. And we are commanded to forgive and share the gospel with the people not already under the blood. If God commanded isreal to kill Iran to take the promised land… then I would agree. But He already gave biblical isreal the promised land so that was accomplished.

On second thought I give up you win I wasn’t trying to win anything. I was just hoping you had considered that Isreal is expected to follow the New Testament teachings as well. Just because God told Isreal in the Old Testament to conquer a people doesn’t mean that He wants them to bomb Iran because you, me or any other human decides they are more evil than the people that occupied the promised land.
