Awesome Irish!
I love the different foods from Mediterranean countries also. It is my most favorite cuisine! IF there was a Med restaurant down here other than a drive thru type place, that would be my weekly haunt! There is Jerusalem Grill in Rome that is excellent and reasonable when we're back at the cabin. Fort Payne is a food desert and you have to drive to get good food. I have The Mediterranean Dish cookbook which is wonderful! But mostly I'm looking up recipes on my phone. If ya’ll drive over to Fairhope one day, check out Sage. Excellent Mediterranean food. Their hummus is amazing. Lamb Chops, amazing. It’s all good.
