Heck, it took me and the wife 27 years to be able to afford to live where we don’t really have neighbors. I don’t want anyone living next to me. BUT…to answer the question you asked, I’ll take the Jew. They both need to know Jesus, (assuming you weren’t talking about messianic Jews) and have a relationship with Him, but I don’t trust Muslims. Plain and simple. A friend of mine is a realtor and has sold houses to multiple Muslims. She said they come across very nice, but have some questionable “practices” for a lack of a better term. Well heck man, I know a crap ton of Christians that are nice people but have some questionable practices 🤣
