I’ve done a lot of bad stuff but never said a curse word, I cringe every time I hear one. It’s kind of like body Odor, I can choose to have it, but why?

Isn't the F-bomb a noun, verb, adverb, adjective, interjection, add prefixes and suffixes, and every other thang you need it to be? It is also used in many expressions, phrasal verbs and compound nouns. That is a very useful tool as George Carlin's "Usage of the Word F**k" George CarlinI have to put a sensor (censor?) on myself at times and realize that "I am a man and I can change, IF I have too"... I am a compulsive cusser. I have tried to scale it back before which only exacerbated it. Yeah i grew up around construction 😂 With that said this place is purty mild now compared to what we used to post up imo, Hell we just getting old & rowdied on down i guess lol

For me bad language isnt a problem generally. Ive been a cusser since I was a kid. Its just how I grew up. I like to think to as I got older i got better at figuring out situations when it was acceptable or not. I generally don’t cuss around women or kids. I also have a really good friend who hates bad language. I try my best to keep it on the down low around him out of respect for him. Sometimes i get a bit rowdy on here with it but lately Ive made a conscious effort to tone it down for the same reason. In my mind its just words that someone, somewhere in time decided was bad. To me that makes no sense. Now I do not like to be around women who cuss, I guess that’s hypocritical but its just the way I am.

I sometimes like vulgar comedians like Richard Pryor. But sometimes they just cuss for the sake of cussing. As good as Eddie Murphy was, he sometimes fell into the cussing mode and it didn't help the joke.
