If the septic tank is lower than every level no matter what, just run the lower plumbing out to the exterior and to an underground line that goes to the main line going into the septic tank. Completely bypass the rest of the house's plumbing. It sounds like this is being way overthought. This is your answer, no way I'd deal with any kind of pump if i didn't have to.

Guys I think what he is saying is the finished slab of the pool bath is below the septic tank.
Doc I will give you some advice… listen to K Bush on all things septic. He’s a great guy and knows what he is talking about.

I have two septic tanks, but no way I’d rely on a pump when dealing with sewage. I’d do whatever I had to do to make sure gravity was on my side. Absolutely. Septic tank alone is enough to worry about. Much less and electrical component that can and will fail eventually.

Eye doc, do you have an installer selected to do the work ? Get them to come shoot elevations of each plumbing stub out and the EDF location. If you have any questions send me a blinky envelope message
