Better bargains than about 6 weeks ago. Be a good time to nibble , buying a few shares , if it goes lower buy a few more , when it turns up buy a little .......... It's really hard to catch it at exact bottom without a crystal ball. Trying to catch a falling knife is a good way to get cut. Normally folks would say buy on the fundamentals but right now its buy on the tweet, or just sit back and wait on things to shake out.
