Skinny, i dont think we will see food prices go up more than whats normal this year. It is coming but i believe itll be next year when food prices go up 50% or more. Thats what happened 5yrs ago. It took a little longer than i expected really but here it is. Grocery prices have doubled or more since 5yrs ago. Even fast food. Some things at the grocery store are 3x what they were 5yrs ago. Its coming again if the fuel and fertilizer prices stay what they are now on through the summer.

I hope your right, I hope it all goes fine and dandy, but its foolish not to prepare.

I’ve got two teenage boys, I don’t see where they put all the food they eat. My youngest plays middle school baseball. Last week he wanted a whopper meal from Burger King before his game… when the game was over he begged to go back and get another. The oldest plays high school football, I’m pretty sure he just picks the fridge up and dumps whatever’s in there into his mouth.

Ill spend 50k+ this year on gas and food. That boggles my mind

You and Skinny need to chill out. What do you want Trump to do, tell the world what our military plan is and how we plan on carrying it out? You are a complete dumbarse if you think the US engaged in this "war" without fully knowing the potential problems associated with the conflict. Sure, the oil prices here are an inconvenience, but it will be temporary. China, Russia, Iran, Europe, and the rest of the world is much more affected by the SOH oil issue than we are, so they're getting absolutely hammered right now, and the longer it drags out, it gets exponentially worse for everybody else.

Skinny talking 6-7 dollar gas here and buying fuel tanks (like 30 gallons is really going to get you anywhere) is just fear mongering. Yall both would do well to unplug from X for a couple of days and decompress.

We are absolutely kicking Iran's arse, and have miniscule casualties on our side. We have also shown that we are militarily superior to anyone in the world and given our military some invaluable live training with basically zero risk. Sure, its cost billions of dollars, but the Somalians in MN also cost us that much. Where does it go from here? Sure, thats what they do. Remember Obama getting all upset because SCOTUS ruled in favor of PACs? Then you find out he got more money from PACs than any previous official before him. Since then, AIPAC has controlled both sides of the aisle.

If youre talking about here, i would say youre probably wrong. Thats been said alot in the past and it hasnt got there yet, maybe premium but not regular. I think they know just how much poor people can stand and theyll test that limit. I wouldnt be surprised if this whole thing isnt just like covid. Trump bit the bait hook line and sinker on the covid plan, damn whats good for wethepeople. Looks to me like this is setting up about the same way, right before election time again. I hope im wrong.
