She's an idiot but so are the people who took their money and left. They voted for this same crap for 20-30 yrs and when the chickens finally came home to roost and they started having to pay massively for what they were voting for, they took their money and moved to no-tax states. Most are still voting just like they did when they lived in NY but are able to keep their money.
