Why not? this country is going to pot anyway. I'm so dissappointed in my fellow Americans right now. It's scary where this place is headed.

Theres going to be a fight in the courts over this one. But if it stands thats going to be a lot of income for that state.

Medical marijuana like California? I thought that it was already legal there.

No, recreational. Regulated just like alcohol.

Legalized marijuana for anyone over 21. Washington legalized it too. Going to be a states rights issue. I wonder if the gop will support pot and states rights or support the federal govt. Also curious to see what the supreme court says on it.

Pot is far less dangerous than is alcohol. It is just hard to tax, so the government has made it into an evil thing, and beat this into our heads.

If Coloroda and Washington can have their State's rights then so should we. I'm betting they dont go after them on the pot but they come after us on the Obamacare amendment.

No doubt mad

They are a blue state, so it will interesting to see how hard the DEA comes down on residents of Colorado.

I agree, yet saying Mary Jane is not potent is not being truthful, it's ten times as strong as when we were teenagers
