hell the city of alabaster has approved a new subdivision on 119 across from veterans park.. approved it for 4000 houses..
lets just use round numbers here. 4000 home each with a minimum of 2 cars per house. that an extra 8000 cars on the road in the next few years. i
it will have entrances on hwy 119 at veterans park and on smokey road Is this in addition to the Walker Springs subdivision being built between Veterans park and Smokey Road? I believe Walker Springs is adding around 950 homes. Local roads in the area are already backed up, and really can’t support the additional drivers.
