Ordered a set of tires from Tirerack on Wednesday. Ordered from them many times before no issues. Said Friday delivery which was great. Friday they delivered 3 of the 4 tires I ordered. Tracking said all 4 delivered. I waited around a few hours thinking maybe another truck would show up. Nothing. So I called Tirerack and inquired about it. She assured me all 4 were delivered. So I called FedEx and questioned again. They said no doubt all 4 were delivered. Acted as if I was trying to scam them. I asked for an email address where I could send them Blink footage of 3 tires being unloaded. She received video and she could say nothing. This morning I got a call from same lady said they believe the other tire is on a truck somewhere in middle GA. 🙄
