Thank you one and all for your comments and prayers! I really appreciate it. Services for her are going to be this Friday the 20th at Southern Heritage funeral home in Pelham. Her and my wife's father who is now deceased had planned ahead and pre-paid for everything burial-wise some years ago which really takes a burden off of my wife to get everything pulled together.

Kind of bittersweet. Went through the same with my mother and now it's starting with my MIL. It's been a decade and I still miss Momma, but it was a bit of a relief when she passed, knowing that her pain and the completely lost feeling she dealt with for years was finally over. Let me rephrase that. It was a huge relief.
