One day in the very distant future I-65 will have enough lanes for the traffic. Won’t do me any good. I will be long dead by then and I don’t plan on checking out any time real soon. The other night heading north it was backed up for miles northbound from about Alabaster to The Ham due to work. Thankfully that was on the southbound side. I thought about the poor soul headed to the beach that thought “Why don’t we travel at night when the traffic won’t be as bad”. Flying down would be the best option. Some cheap flights to be had from what I heard in the radio.
