A qualified, clean-cut handyman could have as much work as he desired in my area. Focus on neighborhoods where the breadwinners have more money than time. Professionals don't blink an eye at paying $100+ per hour for a service that they either can't do or don't have time to do.

A good handyman , that will show up and do quality work will have all the jobs he wants. People nowdays don't know how to do stuff around the house and/or don't have time.

Example: there's a mother and son team around Jackson Co that hangs blinds. The new construction contractors keep them busy. Blinds are easy and really go up fast once you do a few and figure out the short cuts.
