Evening gents. Looking for some suggestions on part time evening/weekend jobs or side hustles. The wife and I are trying to “Dave Ramsey” the fire out of some small debt we have, and trying to think outside the box. I’ve done lawn care before and I’m pretty experienced in it, but building a customer base with every Tom, Dick, and Julio pulling a cub cadet and charging $30 a yard isn’t too enticing right now.
Been in Lawn care for over 35 years now. Its been a looong time since I made 30/cut. I can’t step on a yard now for under 60/cut. There is a lot of competition out there but its not too hard too provide better quality service than 99% of the competitors. Thats how I stay successful. Where are you located??
Sorry just saw u posted your location. You probably already know this but target high end residences around there and local businesses. If you do a as outstanding job you should have plenty of “ Word of mouth” business. My daughter is at Auburn and I do need someone to do some things at her trailer from time to time, especially blowing off the roof. My number is 205-317-8076.
