Evening gents. Looking for some suggestions on part time evening/weekend jobs or side hustles. The wife and I are trying to “Dave Ramsey” the fire out of some small debt we have, and trying to think outside the box. I’ve done lawn care before and I’m pretty experienced in it, but building a customer base with every Tom, Dick, and Julio pulling a cub cadet and charging $30 a yard isn’t too enticing right now.

$30? Damn. I pay $150 for my mothers 3 acres in Ga and $100 for front and back at my place. I ain't got time for lawn work.

Lawn Care is the obvious.

Many elderly need help with simple tasks. Light bulbs, smoke detector batteries, HVAC filter changes, etc.

It's not hard work, but you still have to build that customer base. You'll always do better working for yourself than with anyone else.

OnlyFans creators specializing in feet content can earn from a few hundred dollars to over $30,000 per month, with high-demand creators often making six figures annually. Earnings vary based on marketing, with prices ranging from $5 to over $100 per photo. Top earners leverage social media marketing to secure consistent, high-paying clients for custom content.

I work a second part time job as a locksmith but my primary job is also a locksmith but at a different place. It sure helps alot since my full time job only pays once a month at the end of the month. I know my step brother makes really good money cutting grass but he's got alot in it between his equipment, gas and hired help.

I was exaggerating a bit on the $30, but I’m sure it happens. Yeah, I’d much rather work for myself but open to any ideas at the moment.

I don’t mind painting, and I’m good at installing ceiling fans, wall switches, etc..
I think those could keep a man busy.

Pick a product niche; learn it and do an eBay store. You control when and how much time you put into it. Your wife does not have to do yard work or pick up strangers.

Probably to involved for a side hustle, but gunsmiths are a dying breed. The few that are around are so far behind… I just need a gun drilled and tapped for a red dot mount. Was at a smith for 8 months, still not done.

A qualified, clean-cut handyman could have as much work as he desired in my area. Focus on neighborhoods where the breadwinners have more money than time. Professionals don't blink an eye at paying $100+ per hour for a service that they either can't do or don't have time to do.

Gutter cleaning, hanging Christmas lights, window washing, handyman, furniture flipping...

Door Dash, Grub Hub, Uber Eats, Spark...

Lifeguard jobs are about to be opening, too, if you are interested in that (probably don't pay great since a lot of them are high school/college kids that are hired).

Are you looking for only something to do on weekends around your main job? That second line of suggestions are all flexible and you can do them around your existing job.
