Lots of videos of large groups on 4 wheelers and dirt bikes riding downtown etc… Last time I was in Atlanta met about 30 4 wheelers riding wheelies etc…. on peachtree

My dad and I were sitting on the front porch of my brothers house in Valley Grande, and a car drove by and fired three shots with a glock switch out of the window. I normally leave town on this weekend. A lot of businesses close down for the weekend to keep from dealing with the headaches it brings.
We just got done moving my MIL out of Dalraida in Montgomery. Within the last 6 weeks that neighborhood has had multiple break-ins, two homicides, random shootings (one day before yesterday), a house burned down around the corner due to squatters turning it into a drug house, and all kind of other fun things. It used to be one of the safest neighborhoods in Montgomery. I'm glad we got her out of there before something happened to her.

I worked the Bridge Crossing Jubilee for a number of years, over 12 at least, 9 of those years I was the person in charge of organizing security and making sure the event ran smoothly. We never had a major criminal event happen in those years. It was just the minor stuff that you will have with any large crowd. People were always respectful of us and each other, even the rappers that they brought in. Heck, I met some of the biggest names in that genre and didn't know it and still don't know who they are, and don't care. Now, I can't take credit for anything other than having good people working for me, giving them clear expectations and being present if any of them had a problem or question. I know many of the people in charge at the PD still and am confident they operate the same way.
My question for y'all is, what has changed? BTW, I'm talking about the early 2000s when I was there. I know what I think is different but I'd like to hear some of your opinions.

These young black kids growing up without father's. He's thoroughly interviewed every young black kid he's ever arrested for murder. There is always one common denominator...no Father.

As posted above, Obama empowered the notion of being a thug. Made them pretty much untouchable. Everybody tat don't like it is a racist and subject to be prosecuted/framed for it. You remember when Jake Jewel filled his crop duster with yellow highway paint and sprayed a little party that was going on around Orvil?? Locals knew how to keep people in check before others took control. Little yellow paint on cars and people was evidence you were close by.

Father or No Father, these criminals need to be taught a lesson as what will happen to you if you choose to commit a crime with a gun. If done right and the criminals are executed in a public setting as to what will happen to you if you choose to commit a crime of violence with a gun it will not take long at all to clean this subculture right up. One of the biggest problems is Our Justice System is toilet tissue soft on crime. We will all continue to deal with the thug subculture as a result.

One common denominator is "just about" any time ya get them folks together they have the tendency to act like ANIMALS period, and i'm not just talking violence, talking about lewdness and being plain nasty (their beloved MLK was a piece of work too and that SOB is a Holiday now) But It's just in 'em! Don't matter ifn it's here or any other country, cause what them folks in Africa do doesn't look much different than what they do here. We get so hung up on these kids today and their culture & garbage/vulgar music, but y'all should go back and listen to some of the old Dirty/Hokum Blues from the early 1900s 😏
