I'm early on this, so not sure what issues transpired. Just know it is outside of what I normally do...do very little MEP so need some clarification and pointing in right direction.
Elderly lady who was sold a bunch of stuff from a local foundation company and now having issues. Not sure if what she was sold was needed or legitimate...sometimes it is and isn't. Haven't been to the house yet.

Foundation contractors will always sell you something. Whether you need it or not. Most big electrical and plumbing companies do it too.
