The State Dept told them to get out, but the airports are all closed and the State department didnt offer any further assistance or suggestions. Dubai has said they are going to cover their hotel fee's until they are able to get the airport operational again. I dont know what the other countries are doing.

Got a buddy over there, just spoke with him and he said flights were extremely uncertain as most everything is over there. He said sirens have been going off nearly non stop.
