Little article on Al.Commie this morning. Bama Bucks named the best small town restaurant in Alabama.

How do they get away with calling it a "Wild Game Restaurant" when everything they sell is presumably farm-raised? The fact they try to pass off farm-raised stuff as "wild game" is enough for me to say no thanks.

I guess that's as close to 'wild" as you will get since it is illegal to sell actual wild harvested game

That's kinda my point....there was a "Wild Game" restaurant in Tuscaloosa briefly and it didn't last long. They actually posted something on FB about all of their food being "wild game" and I point blank questioned them about that and they danced all around it and wouldn't give a straight answer. That told me they were intentionally trying to make the less-informed public think they were eating truly "wild" game....

Seen restaurants listing "wild" redfish on their menu; I think the only place that allows limited commercial redfish harvest is part of Mississippi?
