I'm slowly getting used to it, but I still hate it. Friday night it was some T-Bones, and because I just got my mini-kamado grill in from Temu yesterday, they steaks got cooked on the E-Stove in a stainless skillet. Not my favorite combo, but they still turned out pretty damned good. Seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and red pepper flakes and cooked to 130 degrees internal temp they ate purty good. A little beer on the screened porch to build up my courage... OK... Let's do this thing... Notice how I am armed with a pocket thermometer. Not too bad lookin'... It ate purty good...
