It's because they know people are hanging on to their vehicles and will need parts to keep them going. So just another way to gouge the man trying to save some money, jack up the prices because their is a demand. Saw a you tube video where the new f-150's have led tail light assy that has to be replaced as the entire tail light assy. Cost is $1700.00. can't just replace the light board. I guess they are crapping out the entire light board. Will keep my 2013 F-150 till I die!
