Sounds like you've got a strong cart that is easily worth the asking price. I would much rather have a cart from that era instead of a newer one; you can work on that cart without special tools or high tech knowledge. The fact that it's older shouldn't make any difference; these things will run for decades if the frame is solid.

A 2001 txt could be either a PDS cart or a series cart. You might tell which in your description to help a possible buyer evaluate it. Good luck with the sale!
