My property got hit last night here in Greenville. Stole my trailer, ranger , rancher and generator. Got another place last week up the road from me. They are coming out of the Lowndes/Dallas county area and are hitting camps pretty regularly.

Has anyone looked into the air tag type devices? Be Good to at least put on the big stuff trailers and things!

They stole a truck a couple of miles away, then came to my place with it. They rammed thru 2 big pieces of oak trunks on my power co right of way to get in. Then they rammed thru the gate on the way out. I told the Sheriff I would give a $2500 cash reward for the return of my stuff and the arrest of the thieves. He said that may be enough to cause someone to turn on them.
A few years ago I recovered trailer that was stolen from me up in Fort Deposit , the morning I found it I had the chief of police come sliding up and jump out with pajama pants and his gun belt on because I told the 911 operator that she could either send the police or the coroner to come to the location and I really didnt care which one. So I have already called the chief up there and told him if my stuff is up there he better find them before I do. He is riding around looking for it now.

Couple years ago our place got hit. Took $300 a piece to retrieve 2 four wheelers and 2 side x sides.

I highly doubt you paid the police to get your stuff back. You may have paid someone, but there is more to this story than this. Please explain it all so I can make sense of it?

Couple years ago our place got hit. Took $300 a piece to retrieve 2 four wheelers and 2 side x sides. a buddy found his stolen sxs, called the cops, they then called a rollback and took it to their lot. $400 to get it back when he could have driven it 1/2 mile back home where it was stolen from!!
Give me bout 15 more minutes, I was dreamin about beavers..........

Couple years ago our place got hit. Took $300 a piece to retrieve 2 four wheelers and 2 side x sides. About 30 years ago we had a truck stolen in Pensacola. Escambia County Sheriffs found it and impounded it. We had to pay $200 to get it back.
It takes a long time to grow an old friend.

I don’t have anything at my place between Greenville and Georgiana worth stealing right now because I worry about theft, but I really miss my St Clair property where I had great neighbors and the neighbor at my gate lives their full time. I left my keys in the tractor and my generator etc just laying out.
