I'm curious about you guys that wait that long for your deer to get processed, what does the processor do with the deer for that long? I know about hanging them for a couple of weeks in a cooler, but I don't know that I would trust one to hang much longer than that. Im with you waiting 8 months to get a deer back sounds insane
