If a fella was wanting to but a tri to Hawaii for a couple, as a honeymoon, what would be the most reasonable priced way to do this? I understand affordable and Hawaii dont necessarily go together. But how can it be done in a way a couple would enjoy it that wouldnt break the guy paying for it?

I took my honeymoon to the Big Island in March 2022, the hotel was like $1500 per night, in total for the hotel we paid $500 for some resort fee and parking.

The cheapest i see on there is just over $5k, which is not too bad. Reckon its a descent place to stay? We doing an air b n b in the fall
For a really good price.
Like for 10 folks. I would rather book a resort or something like that, i guess. Two young folks. Not much experience traveling.

Maybe the first question to answer would be which island or islands do you want to visit and what do you want to do and or see?

I understand it has mountains, but most young kids are going to sit at the beach. If I live another 50 years and never see anything south of blount county I will be fine. I would imagine Hell has alot of sand.

My family loves the beach, I have been from Fort Morgan to Cape San blas and in between. Beach sucked everywhere. Iam not one for spending a bunch of money and the big attraction is sitting in the heat getting sand in my fat rolls and just looking at water for a entire day.

My son went a year ago. He's in Europe this week, for the second time in six months.
When he's back he may be able to offer some insight. I know he said it was expensive.

My son was stationed in Hawaii, and he and his wife go there pretty often now that he's out of the Marines. I'll get ahold of him in the morning and ask what to do and where to go.
