There was one of those trucks sitting in the Rural King parking lot a while back. My wife convinced me to check into it somehow and the meat didn't look bad but were only something like 4-1/2 ounces each. If that 4-1/2 oz is accurate, then 20 steaks = 90 oz or 5.625 lbs. $35. รท 5.625 lbs = $6.22 lb. Still not a bad price. I opted out though because I had no idea how legit the operation was. Several things came to mind. Rustled beef, usda inspection, consistent refrigeration, etc.
