We went and recovered one this morning that will probably wrap up the season......I think ol guy might have just been wanting help dragging his deer out....

I was going to go, but a little to warm for me. If it was open a couple of more weeks I would probably still go some on cold days!   Did see a big half rack with 4+ pts on one side acting crazy standing side the road or chasing does last week. It seem to have lost the other deer that ran across further down the road. They still acting crazy in that area about the time the season closes.

Got all my stuff in the truck, may run up to south Coosa county after work and hang up if I can get off at a decent time. Not real excited about sitting in 70 degree weather but it'll be my last chance to climb a tree till October so I might as well.

I got out of office in time to sit back in pop-up for last hour of the season. Didn’t have time to change wearing blue scrubs with a camo jacket. Saw a doe this morning here. Maybe a rack will ease in before dark. 🙏🏻

Had a pretty good last day. Saw seven does and five bucks, three of the bucks were grunting and chasing does. Also saw ten pigs but couldn’t get a shot.
