Made mine 6x6 with front edge of roof at 8' and back edge of roof at 7', if I remember right. Painted the inside walls a dark color to break up any silhouette seen from outside and gonna put carpet down on the floor. Guy I worked with was tearing carpet out of his house and he gave it to me.
Here's a video from YT about insulating a shooting house. I didn't read through the comments to see if he added an update on how it turned out
