Ive got a custom 25-06 Sako AV in a light varmint contour 23" barrel, matte black, in a black McMillan stock, Zeiss Daivari V 3-12x56..
THE perfect Beanfield/Clearcut rifle.
115gr Nosler BT, max imr4350 - thumbnail groups @ 100yds. The first three deer I killed with it as luck would have it were all nice bucks...
I shot one of them in the corner of the EYE at 150 yards in a grown up clearcut bc that was all I could see.
You put that 10lb rifle on a shooting rail and lock in the elbow and the crosshairs DO NOT MOVE, no tremble.
<2lb like glass trigger..
Settle the crosshairs and just THINK about it and BOOM!!
Watch the round impact in the scope.
Kills like lightning.
It’s really not fair.
You’ve got me thinking about using my Browning 25 WSSM now.
