Coming out of goose pond. Them boys are good and they will catch them. But that cold wind blowing across that water this week has been rough. What do you think it will take to win?

Saw where Jordan Lee mentioned no scope this morning. Is that for everyone or just him?

They are searching for some sort of compromise, but I think watching this tournament is more boring without it than it would be with it. They are all just slinging a bait into open water and winding it back. Every once in awhile someone catches one, but it's difficult to make this interesting. Watching them fish visible cover, like the FL tournaments, is better than just watching blind casts into open water.

I think the only way to build interest is to make all of them put a camera on the FFS screen and show a split screen on TV. That would be something I could watch.

I was scrolling through youtube the other day and saw a clip where a guy was preparing for a tournament that was no scope. He had a box that clipped on the ends of the livescope cables with a lockout provided by the tournament officials. Had never seen that, thought it interesting.

I saw a short interview with him explaining how and what he caught them on. The interview i saw he was using a 3/16 jig head with a lime green curly tail grub.

And he won it on his birthday! I also heard he fished his first tournament out of a pontoon boat! Happy for him!
