Anybody worth their salt started out with a Zebco 33 and probably still has one. Have owned a couple of Zebco 33s and love the song. But the first reel and rod combo that was really mine was a Zebco 202. Had used different fishing rods and reels that were my Dad's and Granddaddy's but the first one that was mine was when Granddaddy gave me and my younger brother the Zebco 202 combo for Christmas. He had bought them from Sears. Were the best that he could afford.
