It was actually a pretty timely post really because I was just getting ready to post the assessment of the western and southwestern counties…..which is pretty much just a repeat of the same thing I’ve been saying…..The statement you agreed with....
The numbers for many of the western and southwestern counties are pretty straight forward and simple……It’s the most rural area of the state with the least amount of property fragmentation and small parcels……the least amount of hunter density…..as well as some of the best managed properties…….For the most part there has been little change in most of these counties for the last 6 years other than minor variations and this year continued to be more of the same……
