Never kicked out but definitely pissed several guys off in a club I was hunting as a guest. It was time to sign out and several of the guys asked me where I was going to hunt. I had never been on the property so had no idea. I told them they were paying members and should have first choice over me. They all thought that was really stand up of me and was all buddy, buddy to me. After they all signed out, I asked if there was anywhere that hasn’t been hunted. One guy pointed to an area on the map and said no one had hunted there all season. I said I’d go there. They gave me directions how to get there and off I went. I ended up killing a big 7 pointer. P-I-S-S-E-D, is an understatement. One guy kept saying, “I’ve hunted all season and haven’t seen a deer, then this guy comes down and kills a nice buck.” I learned then that a guest is just there to hang out and pay a guest fee. I also learned that wasn’t a club I was interested in joining.
